This is not a typical mass consumer item so it takes a little work to understand. You only get the web site for setup first but when you sign up for service they will send you links to all the manuals and web sites. Note that not all instructions in the manual will apply to you. It was a little confusing but GPS Tracking Mart has excellent customer support that will help you set up.

Product works as describe. Tested 8,000+ miles. Authentic brand new unit in nice packaging. Arrived powered on with white label SIM and ready for the sellers platform, but it can be customized. If you want to customize the product then you need to contact the seller to get the programming cable, instructions, template, template, etc. Seller answered questions quickly, clearly, and honestly.
